  From July 8 to 11, 2025, Guangdong Hanqiu PURETE successfully concluded its appearance at the Guangzhou Construction Expo with its newly upgraded integrated surface finishing solutions. During the exhibition, PURETE engaged directly with its core industry audience, showcasing live demonstrations of three major machines: UV synchronous embossing, wide three-sided profile wrapping, and customized profile spraying. UV Synchronous Embossing Technology: ±0.2 mm Precision

  One of the highlights of the exhibition was PURETE’s independently developed surface finishing simulation synchronous embossing production line. By using alignment structures and optical components for precise positioning, PURETE achieves perfect alignment between 3D embossing and printed patterns, maintaining a texture matching error within ±0.2 mm — a fivefold improvement in accuracy compared to traditional processes.

Three-Sided Wide Panel Wrapping: Flawless Seamless Finish

  Addressing the industry pain point of imperfect wrapping results, PURETE utilizes a PLC precision control system to ensure even gluing, delivering a three-sided wrapping effect that is seamless, without delamination, cracking, or orange peel defects.

Profile Spraying: Intelligent Coating

  In response to the growing demand for spraying irregular-shaped components in the building materials industry, PURETE has implemented a threefold upgrade of its spraying line. These improvements directly address key challenges in spraying operations, achieving higher efficiency and paint savings.
