Hundreds of Vanke Engineers Gather at the PURETE Experience Center to Deeply Explore Intelligent Surface Finishing Capabilities

  On June 27, 2025, coinciding with Vanke Engineers’ Day, a delegation of 100 Vanke engineers visited the Shunde headquarters of Guangdong Hanqiu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. With strong interest in surface treatment technologies, the engineers embarked on an in-depth exploration of advanced surface finishing processes.

Benchmark Strength: Honors Reflect Technical Expertise

  First, Mr. Chen Zejin, General Manager of PURETE’s Lamination Division, gave the engineers a brief introduction to PURETE’s four major production lines — roller coating, spraying, lamination, and pressing — along with its comprehensive surface finishing and automation solutions. These production lines and integrated solutions provide the home furnishing and building materials industries with intelligent, all-in-one production systems, helping enterprises achieve efficient and eco-friendly manufacturing goals.

Production Line Exploration: A Real-World Showcase of Intelligent Manufacturing

  The delegation was divided into two groups for an in-depth tour of the production facilities. Guided by professional instructors, they visited the machining workshop, Assembly Workshop 1, and Assembly Workshop 3, observing various production lines and equipment for roller coating, curtain coating, spraying, lamination, and pressing. These advanced machines and intelligent production processes gave the engineers a more intuitive understanding of surface finishing technologies and a firsthand experience of PURETE’s strength in intelligent manufacturing.

Integrated Finishing: Solutions for Diverse Applications

  To give the engineers a firsthand experience of panel production processes, they visited the 3,000-square-meter Experience Center. There, they personally tried out various finishing processes in our sampling and demonstration area, including high-gloss curtain coating, 3D embossing, PUR lamination, excimer soft-touch finishing, and synchronous embossing simulation. The engineers engaged in in-depth discussions with our technical team and gained a clear understanding of PURETE’s dedication to excellence in surface finishing — earning unanimous recognition and praise from the visiting engineers.

  The Vanke engineers brought their professional questions and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Guangdong Hanqiu PURETE technical team. This exchange of ideas in the technical field sparked valuable insights as both sides explored the innovations and future direction of intelligent manufacturing in China.
