Which industries does the PURETE production line serve?

Due to its excellent stain-resistant, mould-resistant and moisture-resistant properties, metal is widely used in the decorative sector for wall panels, all-aluminium furniture, hotel projects and similar applications. Metal substrates such as aluminium honeycomb panels, galvanised sheets, aluminium sheets and aluminium-plastic composite panels can be effectively enhanced and their decorative appeal improved through various surface treatment techniques, including UV roller coating, water-based reciprocating spraying, PUR adhesive lamination and press lamination. For metal profiles, decorative finishes can be applied using wrapping machines to achieve a unified, integrated decorative style across doors, walls and cabinets.

Wood-based materials such as solid wood panels, particleboard, medium-density fibreboard (MDF) and plywood can have their aesthetic appeal and durability enhanced through a variety of surface treatment techniques. These can be mass-produced using automated equipment such as UV roller coating, UV flood coating, reciprocating spraying, PET lamination, short-cycle melamine paper lamination, wide-panel wrapping and moulding wrapping. These materials play a significant role in numerous sectors, including furniture, flooring and wall cladding.

Due to their lightness, durability and high malleability, plastics are widely used in the decorative sector for various household goods, interior design and commercial spaces. Plastic substrates such as SPC panels, PC sheets and PVC panels can be effectively enhanced and their decorative appeal improved through automated processes including UV roller coating, reciprocating spray coating, PET flat lamination and moulding edge banding. For plastic mouldings and fittings, wrapping technology can achieve an integrated design effect similar to that of metal or wooden mouldings, opening up new possibilities for the development and application of plastics.

Due to their outstanding structural stability and durability, cement-based substrates are widely used in the architectural decoration sector for walls, floors and various structural systems. Cement-based substrates, such as concrete panels and cement fibre boards, undergo surface treatment using automated equipment including UV roller coating, natural stone paint spraying, PET lamination and wide-panel wrapping. Cement-based substrates can meet diverse decorative and functional requirements. This not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also improves their practicality and durability.
