The P4 PU/UV + water-based reciprocating spray production line is designed for high-efficiency, multi-sided coating of planar or shaped workpieces. Featuring quick-spraying and fast-drying capabilities, it supports direct packing and large-volume production. This versatile system can handle putty, primer, and top coating processes, achieving uniform five-side coating with the same color, ensuring high-quality finishes and consistent results. The production line consists of a dust cleaner, reciprocating spray machine, 10-meter and 12-meter infrared leveling machines, translation machine, and a six-lamp UV curing system. Ideal for industrial-scale applications, the P4 line delivers precise coating, superior adhesion, and enhanced production efficiency while reducing labor costs.

The P2 Reciprocating Spraying Production Line with Multilayer Leveling Oven is designed for mass production of doors, cabinet panels, and furniture components. It supports five-sided coating with excellent efficiency and stable results. The compact multilayer infrared leveling oven saves floor space while ensuring fast drying and smooth finishes. Ideal for UV or water-based paints, it delivers uniform coating thickness and consistent color performance.
