A leading Polish integrator of woodworking and furniture equipment has entered into a strategic partnership with PURETE, formally signing a contract to purchase a fully automatic UV roller coating production line. This line will be used for the surface finishing of WPC door panels, cabinet panels, wall panels and other panel products for the Polish domestic and EU markets.
The production line offers advantages such as high-precision coating, intelligent CNC control, high-speed stability, and energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. It is compatible with a wide range of substrates, including solid wood, MDF, PVC, WPC and calcium silicate boards, delivering uniform roller coating, high efficiency and excellent finish quality, fully meeting the EU’s stringent environmental and quality standards.
This collaboration marks a further expansion of the PURETE brand’s presence in the Polish and EU markets, whilst consolidating the company’s leading position in the local high-end furniture and building materials production sector. Both parties will work together to provide European customers with superior surface treatment solutions and localised service support.
Customer requirements: Three sets of single-roll coating machines, with widths of 320 mm and 620 mm respectively, for applying paint to WPC after PVC lamination. The width is approximately 200 mm, the thickness is 25–30 mm, and the length is 2 m.
